All Subs are manufactured from 4140, 4145,or 4142 drill collar bar material, which saw cut to length and atmospheric heat treated to API Spec 7-1 after boring, insures an excellent through wall heat treatment.

Subs of any type or threads can be provided to our customer to meet their particular needs. Subs can be supplied from 12” OAL to 48” OAL with reduced sections or straight OD.

Drive Chucks
All drive chucks are manufactured from one piece heat treated through hardened 4140/4145 alloy stock. Drive Chucks of any size, thread, and hole pattern can be supplied.
